All organizations need to sign a AVÐÇÇò service agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using reports.

You will need to designate someone from your organization to be responsible for managing access to AVÐÇÇò’s secure services. 

Access services

AVÐÇÇò offers a number of online services to submit data and retrieve reports, such as electronic Data Submission Services (eDSS) and Operational Reports. Clients must to access these services.

Note: All users must have a unique AVÐÇÇò profile and must not share usernames and passwords.
