  • Newfoundland and Labrador: 61%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Prince Edward Island: 26%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Nova Scotia: 86%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • New Brunswick: 61%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Quebec: 84%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Ontario: 89%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Manitoba: 88%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Saskatchewan: 91%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Alberta: 92%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
  • British Columbia: 90%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
  • Territories: 96% (non-directional or no statistical tests were performed to compare with the Commonwealth Fund average)
