DAD/NACRS Abstracting Manual
These manuals are used by health care organizations to submit data on inpatient and ambulatory care visits to the DAD and NACRS. They also provide instructions for collecting inpatient and ambulatory care abstracts through the DAD and NACRS databases. They contain definitions, valid code values and collection guidelines for each data element.
